Job Description


Reporting to the Executive Assistant to our CFO, this is a diverse role where you will support two key members of our Finance Leadership Team. With the support of the wider Executive Assistant community, you will also assist the wider finance team with administrative requests and lead and support on projects and team events.

This is a permanent role, working flexibly from our Sydney office.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain effective time management practices for the General Manager’s, including effective email and diary management, prioritising conflicting needs and ensuring time is appropriately available for critical meetings, as well as booking meeting rooms
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, redirecting questions where appropriate and drafting acknowledgement of responses
  • Provide administration support to the direct reports of the General Manager’s
  • Ensure the General Managers have relevant and appropriate documentation in advance of meetings and events
  • Review and edit reports, presentations etc.
  • Plan and organise team meetings, events and communications
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries
  • Pro-actively establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Executive Team and the wider Executive Assistant community

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident and a team player
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative
  • Strong organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritise and perform multiple tasks seamlessly, and with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
